He is offering these prospects for sale to qualified investors for a cash finder's fee of between $25,000.00 and $35,000.00 and 5% of (8/8) ORRI. Terms may vary from Prospect to Prospect. Purchasing parties will be responsible for all of the necessary costs to acquire the acreage (oil, gas, and mineral leases), the drilling of the well, etc. On most of these prospects, detail geological studies have been performed and seismic has been acquired, if necessary. - Special - Will oversee the assembling of acreage, legal work associated with it, permitting a well, drilling a well, completion of a well, and producing the property. (Contract Operating with the help of other qualified professionals)
- Special - Can locate partial interest in drilling ventures for a qualified investor, assuming that I approve of the venture
$225 per Hour (Minimum 1 hr then in 1/4 hour units) Consulting Fees

A Day is 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (8 Hrs)
8 Hour Day $150.00 per Hour and every Hour after 8 at $150.00 per Hour
(12 Hour day would be $1800.00 - Rate goes back to $225.00 after 24 hours then back to $150.00 when 8 hrs. is reached in the 2nd 24 hour day)
International: $300.00 per hour portal to portal (with a minimum fee)
Expert witness testimony and related matters: $350.00 per hour (with a minimum fee)
Plus ExpensesYoung has an extensive personal geological database, membership in a log library (Commercial Technical Data Depositories). Young also has access to other log libraries, which have coverage over the majority of the United States. Miscellaneous Information
