I graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1959 with a Bachelor of Science degree in geology and attended Rice University for two years doing graduate work, but received no degree from Rice. My work resume, after graduation from the University of Notre Dame, is:

I worked many geological provinces and many geological trends with Austral with the exclusion of South Louisiana; my main areas of exploration with Austral were South Texas and the Upper Texas Gulf Coast. Dec. 1966-Present I am an independent geologist putting oil deals together in various geological areas. I participated from 1967 to the present (1/1/06)in excess of 96 different geological areas. These areas consist of South Louisiana, the Rocky Mountains, Upper Texas Gulf Coast, South Texas, West Texas, New Mexico, Alabama, Florida, Colorado, Oklahoma, Utah, Montana, Wyoming, Idaho and Oregon.
I have participated in over 225 wells, both development and wildcat wells.
I have engaged in subsurface geological work in numerous areas.
I have overseen geophysical interpretation of seismic data.
I am capable of working geophysical data.
I have attended school on 3-D seismic interpretation.
I have caused wells to be drilled.
I have operated producing properties.
I have made detailed reserve reports on producing properties.
On very select occasions I have dealt with outside unsophisticated investors in the oil business.
I have been involved in the evaluation of certain producing properties in Russia. I performed this work on the ground in Russia on two separate occasions.
I am a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (A.A.P.G.). I am a certified petroleum geologist. My certification number is #1127. I am a member of the Society of Independent Petroleum Earth Scientists (S.I.P.E.S.), #1809. I am a member of the American Institute of Professional Geologists (A.I.P.G.), #2990. I have been certified by the State of Wyoming as a geologist, #1652.
I have been certified by the State of Texas as a Geoscientist (geology) #341 I have been licensed as Professional Geologist by the State of Alabama #1151. I am a member of the Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers (S.P.E.E.). I was formerly registered with the Texas State Securities Board, and I was licensed by them as a dealer in oil and gas interests; I did not renew this license because of the high cost. I am a licensed real estate broker, licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission.
